The Cos/ SIRDs

This is an SIRD image we generated online. Unfortunately, the end of the word is cut off.

Last night, we went for an adventure and went out in Blairmore.  We went to The Cos (The Cosmopolitan) in downtown Blairmore.  The girls (Latifa and her sister, who is currently visiting) had never really been to a small town bar, and I think it was an interesting experience for them.  For me, it was a bit of a trip down Nostalgia Lane.  I gre up in a little town, and while the bar was not the same bar, it definitely had the same vibes and patterns, and felt like home.  Lol.  I was thinking a lot about my high school friends, and that point in my life.

Anyway, I must admit that I haven’t been feeling too motivated lately.  While we have been playing with a few things, I’ve been feeling a little stuck.  I’ve been playing with a little of the video I’ve been collecting, and, honestly, avoiding the 3d.  But I have been doing a bit of research, and I think maybe today I’ll play with an open source program I got, Blender (which is a “3D content creation suite”), which hopefully I can use to see if I can use it to develop a couple of SIRDs, (Single Image Random Dot Stereograms) we’ve been wanting to create (like a Magic Eye).

And here’s a link to a moving SIRD! Exciting!
